WELCOME PARTY
Friday, 9th May, 2025 /
7pm until 10.15pm
Location: Baglio Strafalcello
Dress Code: Sicilian Soirée
Menswear: No shorts, jackets optional, neckerchiefs encouraged.
Womenswear: Just look fab.
Arrival Transport
Please arrive at the Scopello big car park by 6.30pm. Buses will depart at 6.40pm sharp. The car park is 2-3 mins walk from all central hotels in town. If you are staying in a villa or bnb in and around the area, please also make your way to this pick-up point.
If you are staying much further out, or you have previously told us you are driving, you will need to make your own way to the event. If anything has changed, please do let our planners Lucy and Danielle know.
If you are staying with us at the venue, buses will leave La Tonnara at 6.20pm.
Departure Transport
The event finishes at 10pm.
Buses will drop you off in the same location you were collected from. Please make sure you are on the right bus home (Scopello or La Tonnara).

THE BIG DAY
Saturday 10th May, 2025 /
3.30pm until 3am
Please arrive at 3.30pm for a welcome drink, ceremony will start at 4.30pm sharp.
Location: La Tonnara di Scopello
Dress Code: Bring the drama.
Menswear: Summer suits, ties optional.
Womenswear: Summer gowns or saris.
Arrival Transport
Buses will shuttle guests from the Scopello big car park to the venue between 3.15-4pm. If you arrive and there isn’t a bus, don’t panic! There will be buses coming back from the venue to collect you.
The car park is 2-3 mins walk from all central hotels in town. If you are staying in a villa or bnb in and around the area, please also make your way to this pick-up point. If you are staying much further out, please kindly make your own way to the event.
Please note, there is no parking at the venue. If you were planning to drive, please drive to the Scopello big car park and get a shuttle bus to the venue.
Departure Transport
First shuttle buses back to town will run from 12.30am, the very last bus will leave at 3.15am.
Any issues on the day, or you decide not to take the shuttle, please contact our planners Lucy and Danielle.
BEACH
RECOVERY
Sunday 11th May, 2025 / 12pm - open
Please join us for lunch, drinks, swimming, and another round of dancing at the Tonnara
Location: La Tonnara di Scopello
Dress code: Beach, but chic
If you plan to swim, please bring a towel.
Food will be served from 12-2pm.
The bar on site will also serve “snacks” from 6pm for those still hungry after lunch!
Arrival Transport
Buses will be shuttling guests from the Scopello big car park between 12pm-1pm.
If you are hungover and miss the shuttle, the Tonnara is only a short walk from town, much easier without heels on!
If you miss the transport, please contact our planners Lucy and Danielle, to give them a heads up.
Departure Transport
Shuttles will take everyone back into town to the central drop off car park between 6-8pm. Again, its only a short walk back, so please come and go at your leisure if you want to leave earlier/later than the shuttles.
